The key factor for the success of a professional snow sport school depends on the quality of their instructors. Only through the employment of high quality snow sports instructors, the guest, no matter what age group and performance level, will experience valuable and eventful lessons. For the snow sport schools the big challenge in our time is to find and use qualitatively very well trained snow sport instructors. On the other hand, more and more highly qualified instructors are looking for interesting and preferably worldwide opportunities to work as snow sports instructors. With the new ISIA Job Platform, the International Ski Instructors Association (ISIA) brings together these two objectives and offers a service for snow sport instructors and professional snow sport schools around the world, bringing together the interests of both groups.

ISIA’s goal is to form the global community of professional snow sport instructors, national member associations and diverse markets into a strong, living community. Professional snow sport instructors and commercial snow sport schools are service providers in winter sports tourism that cannot be replaced by anything or anyone and make a significant contribution to the success of Snowsports in the worldwide markets. ISIA members want to benefit from each other, exchange experiences with others and contribute to the common success. It is particularly important to the ISIA that this platform is and remains exclusively reserved for the professional instructors who are united in ISIA and the professional snow sport schools in the ISIA member associations. A worldwide job platform from the professionals for the professionals in ISIA.
